These 2-Ingredient Donuts are a simple and delicious treat that can be whipped up in no time. Made with just self-raising flour and Greek yogurt, these donuts are fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and coated in a sweet cinnamon sugar.

Doughnuts:

  • 1 1/2 Cups / 190g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Cup / 250ml Greek Yogurt
  • Oil for Frying

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 1/4 Cup / 50g White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat the Oil: Fill a heavy-based pot with about 3 inches of oil and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix Dough: In a medium mixing bowl, combine self-raising flour and Greek yogurt to form a dough.
  3. Knead Dough: Tip the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about a minute until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape Donuts: Take spoonfuls of dough, roll into balls, and repeat until all dough is used.
  5. Fry Donuts: Test oil temperature (about 180C or 350F) and fry donuts in batches until golden brown.
  6. Drain and Coat: Remove donuts from oil, drain, and coat in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
