Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Process the ingredients. In a food processor, pulse the flour, cold butter, and packed brown sugar until a dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough. Transfer the dough to a parchment-covered pan and press it into an 8″ by 8″ square. Cut into rectangles with a pizza cutter.
  4. Chill the cookies. Spread out the cookies on the pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  5. Bake. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
