Delicious and easy-to-make Air Fryer Apple Bombs are a delightful treat perfect for any occasion. These sweet, cinnamon-spiced apple-filled bites are a crowd-pleaser!

Dough:

  • 2 cans jumbo biscuits (8 count)

Filling:

  • 1 ½ cups apple pie filling (apple cuts into small pieces)

Coating:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Divide Dough: Divide each biscuit in two.
  2. Shape Dough: Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
  3. Flatten Dough: Lightly dust a flat surface with flour and flatten the dough to 1/4” thickness.
  4. Add Filling: Place a tablespoon of apple filling in the center of each flattened dough piece.
  5. Seal the Bombs: Pinch the dough around the filling to seal it.
  6. Cook in Air Fryer: Place the bombs in the air fryer basket, cook at 350°F for 8 minutes.
  7. Prepare Coating: Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, melt butter in another bowl.
  8. Coat Bombs: Roll the cooked apple bombs in butter, then in cinnamon sugar.
  9. Cool and Serve: Let the coated bombs cool slightly before enjoying!
