  • Dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Korean chili powder (or regular chili powder)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Garnish:

Instructions
