Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Blue Raspberry Lemonade
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed, about 3–4 lemons)
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 3 tablespoons blue raspberry syrup (I used Torani brand)
- Ice
- fresh mint (for garnish)
- Simple Syrup – Place water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stir frequently until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat. (This step doesn’t take too long, maybe 4-5 minutes is all).
- Make the Blue Raspberry Lemonade – Juice the lemons. Combine the lemon juice and simple syrup in a small pitcher. Add the cold water and flavored syrup and ice. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust amount of water added if needed.
- Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with fresh mint if desired. Enjoy cold.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup based on your preference.
- For a slushier texture, blend the lemonade with ice in a blender.
