  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin garlic and herb cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the chicken after searing.
  2. Season Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
  3. Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside temporarily.
  4. Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Boursin garlic and herb cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts completely and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
