Ground Beef:

Kosher Salt:

  • 2½ teaspoons, divided

Eggs:

  • 12 large

Cream Cheese:

  • 1 (8-ounce) block

Sour Cream:

  • 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Grease: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish with salted butter.
  2. Cook Meat: Brown sausage and ground beef in a skillet with bacon grease. Season with 2 teaspoons of salt. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  3. Blend Egg Mixture: In a blender, mix eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, and ½ teaspoon salt until smooth.
