  • 450g thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup sliced mixed bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 3 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Prepare vegetable mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, melt garlic butter and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
