Graham Crackers:

  • 24 graham crackers (1 box)

Pudding Mixture:

  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip (1 container)
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix (3.5 ounces each)

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Arrange Graham Crackers: In the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange the graham crackers in a single layer. This should take about 7 crackers.
  2. Make Pudding: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix, and Cool Whip. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Layer Pudding Mixture: Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers. Repeat with the rest of the pudding mixture and top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  4. Refrigerate: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Make Chocolate Ganache: Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until hot. Pour over chocolate chips, let sit, then whisk until smooth. Cool slightly.
  6. Top with Ganache: Spread the chocolate ganache over the cake. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
