Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (500g)
- 1 ½ tsp instant yeast (5g)
- 1 ¾ cups warm water (410ml)
- 2 tsp salt (10g)

- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (45ml)
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Activate Yeast: In another bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
