  • 1 large frozen ripe banana, sliced
  • Zest from 1 small lime or key lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or key lime juice
  • 120 ml vanilla or coconut Greek-style yogurt (use coconut-based yogurt for dairy free)
  • 120 ml light coconut milk or preferred milk
  • 30 g fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to taste

Garnishes:

  • Lime wedge, for rimming glass
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Whipped cream
  • Shredded toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rim – Place graham cracker crumbs on a small plate. Moisten the rim of your glass with a lime wedge, then dip and roll the rim in the cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
