Make your own healthy version of Perfect Bars with this easy Copycat Homemade Perfect Bars recipe. These bars are packed with protein, fiber, and flavor, making them a great snack or on-the-go breakfast option.

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, and salt. Add in peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Mix well, using hands if needed. Add more coconut oil if mixture is too dry.
  2. Mix in chocolate chips. Press the mixture into a bread pan (~8×4) and add additional chocolate chips on top. Press them in.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars. Store bars in the fridge.

Notes

  • You can customize these bars by adding nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the bars neatly.
