  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
