Ingredients

Scale

Brownies

  • 18.3 oz Brownie Mix (with water, oil, and eggs as per package directions)

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Cream (can substitute with peanut butter)

Toppings

  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix by following the package instructions, combining it thoroughly with the required water, oil, and eggs.
  2. Grease Molds: Lightly grease 2-3 egg-shaped silicone molds using nonstick cooking spray to ensure easy removal of brownies.
  3. Fill Molds: Using a 2-tablespoon scoop, carefully fill each cavity of the silicone molds with brownie batter. Make sure not to overfill to prevent overflow during baking.
  4. Bake Brownies: Place the filled molds in the preheated oven and bake for 24-26 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
  5. Create Divots: Immediately after baking, while the brownies are still warm, gently press a 1/2 teaspoon into the center of each brownie cavity to form small divots for filling. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the molds.
  6. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow cream together until smooth and fluffy. Transfer this mixture to a piping bag fitted with a 1M tip for decorative swirls.
  7. Assemble: Once the brownies are completely cooled, carefully remove them from the molds. Fill each divot with the cream cheese filling and decorate with colorful sprinkles if desired.
  8. Chill: Refrigerate the filled brownies until ready to serve, allowing the filling to set and flavors to meld perfectly.

Notes

  • For a peanut twist, substitute marshmallow cream with peanut butter in the frosting.
  • Ensure brownies are fully cooled before filling to prevent melting of the frosting.
  • Use silicone egg-shaped molds for the best festive shape and easy removal.
  • Store filled brownies refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Sprinkles are optional but add a colorful, festive touch.
