Instructions

  1. Prepare Puree: Blend diced mango until smooth.
  2. Make the Mochi Dough: Combine flour and mango puree in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave: Cook mixture for 90 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 60 seconds.
  4. Shape Mochi: Flatten cooked mochi on a greased pan once cooled.
  5. Cut and Fill: Cut mochi into pieces, wrap around filling portions.
