  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

For Garnish:

  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
