Indulge in a delightful frozen treat with these Frozen Banana Snickers. A healthier alternative to the classic candy bar, these frozen bananas are topped with date caramel, peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Banana:

1 banana

Date Caramel Sauce:

2 teaspoons

Peanut Butter:

2 teaspoons

Chopped Peanuts:

1 Tablespoon

Dark Chocolate Chips:

2-3 Tablespoons

Coconut Oil:

¼ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Slice banana in half and then split down the middle so you have four sections. Add to a parchment lined baking sheet or dish.
  2. Spread a layer of the date caramel sauce on top of the banana slices.
  3. Spread

  5. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
