Garlic Butter Noodles is a quick and easy pasta dish that’s bursting with flavor. Tender egg noodles are coated in a rich garlic butter sauce and finished with freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Egg Noodles:

  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Egg Noodles: Boil a salted pot of water for the egg noodles and cook them according to package directions.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Combine and Toss: Add 2 tablespoons of the hot pasta water to the skillet. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the skillet. Mix in the parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss until the cheese melts and coats the noodles.
  4. Season and Serve: Season the garlic butter noodles with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
