Zucchinis:

  • 2 medium zucchinis

Other:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion: Peel and finely chop the onion. Add it to the skillet and sauté until soft and translucent.
  3. Add garlic: Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Add to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
