For the Bars:
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
