Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Mix Ingredients: Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Store: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
- Prepare Tacos: a) Mix 3 tablespoons of seasoning into 1 pound of cooked ground beef, turkey, or chicken breasts. b) Add a bit of water to the pan so the flavor really imparts itself into the meat. c) Simmer for at least 5-10 minutes.
