Ingredients

Scale

For the White Chocolate Mixture:

  • 1 ½ cups half & half, divided
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips

For the Creamer Base:

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the White Chocolate Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine ½ cup of half & half with the white chocolate chips. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Do not allow it to simmer or boil.
  2. Mix in the Creamer Base: Add the remaining half & half, heavy cream, and granulated sugar to the saucepan. Stir continuously until everything is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Cool and Store: Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the creamer sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Transfer the creamer to a mason jar or container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  4. Additional Note: After cooling, you may notice hardened milk solids on the surface. You can either mix them back in for a richer texture or remove them for a smoother creamer.

Notes

  • For best results, use high-quality white chocolate chips for a luxurious flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste preferences.
