  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
  • 78 cloves Garlic, minced and separated (~ 1 ½ Tablespoons)
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, add soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, 5 cloves of minced garlic, and rice vinegar. Whisk to combine.
  2. Mix Cornstarch: In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into the saucepan.
  3. Boil: Place the saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil while whisking regularly.
  4. Simmer: Lower heat and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Finish: Remove from heat, stir in remaining minced garlic. Transfer to a container and let cool before serving.
