Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Chicken:

  • 6 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs

Instructions
