Marinade:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
Chicken:
- 6 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
