Egg Mixture:

  • 1½ cups egg whites
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Assembly:

  • 6 slices cheese
  • 6 English muffins

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9 baking dish, set aside.
  2. Cook Bacon: Cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on paper towel, remove excess grease.
