  • 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Chicken:

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast (boneless + skinless)

Instructions
