Vinaigrette:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette: In a bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Coleslaw: Dice the bell pepper, chop the parsley, then combine coleslaw mix, bell pepper, black olives, banana peppers, feta, and parsley in a large bowl.
