  • 1/2 cup (4floz/115ml) milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1/2 cup (3oz/85g) chocolate, chopped
  • Green food coloring (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the yogurt, milk, mint extract, and sugar: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, mint extract, and sugar until well blended.
  2. Add in enough green food coloring: Customize the color of the mixture by adding green food coloring until you reach the desired shade.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips: Gently fold in the chopped chocolate pieces to evenly distribute them throughout the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds: Divide the mixture evenly among 6 popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze.
  5. Freeze the popsicles: Allow the popsicles to freeze for 4-6 hours or preferably overnight until they are solid.
