  • 1¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta per package directions, drain, and set aside.
