  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Sauce:

  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

For Serving:

  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion until softened. Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine.
