3 cups boiling water (divided)
1 ½ cups cold water (divided)

1 ½ cups vodka (divided)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

0.5 ounce unflavored gelatin (two 0.25 oz packets)
60 1 oz disposable cups with lids
Star sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Arrange the disposable cups on a tray or baking sheet and ensure you have enough space in the refrigerator for chilling.
Step 2: To make the blue layer, pour 1 cup boiling water into a large measuring cup or mixing bowl. Add the berry blue jello and whisk until completely dissolved.
Step 3: Add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka to the blue jello mixture and whisk again until combined.

Step 4: Carefully pour the blue mixture into the cups, filling each about one-third full. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the layer is firm.
Step 5: For the white layer, add ½ cup cold water and both packets of unflavored gelatin to a measuring cup. Let the gelatin soften for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Step 6: Stir in 1 cup boiling water and mix until gelatin dissolves fully.

Step 7: Add the sweetened condensed milk and ½ cup vodka, stirring until evenly blended. Let it cool slightly before pouring over the set blue layer until the cups are two-thirds full.
Step 8: Return the tray to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes or until the white layer is set.
Step 9: To prepare the red layer, combine 1 cup boiling water with the cherry jello in a large measuring cup or bowl. Whisk until the jello dissolves.

Step 10: Add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka, whisking once more.
Step 11: Pour the red mixture over the white layer, filling the cups to the top.
Step 12: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
