Instructions
- Prepare the workspace: Arrange 60 1-ounce disposable cups on a tray or baking sheet, ensuring there is enough space to fit the tray into your refrigerator for chilling each layer.
- Make the blue layer: In a large measuring cup or mixing bowl with a spout, dissolve 3 ounces of berry blue Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka, then whisk to combine. Pour the mixture into each of the cups, filling them one-third full. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
- Make the white layer: In a measuring cup, sprinkle 0.5 ounce unflavored gelatin over ½ cup cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes until thickened. Stir in 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Add 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk and ½ cup vodka, mixing thoroughly. Allow to cool slightly before pouring gently over the firm blue layer, filling the cups up to two-thirds full. Chill for another 30 minutes until set.
- Make the red layer: Dissolve 3 ounces cherry Jello in 1 cup boiling water in a measuring cup or mixing bowl. Stir until completely dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka, whisking well. Carefully pour over the white layer to fill the cups completely. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set.
