Potato Wedges:

  • 4 medium potatoes

Seasoning:

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¾ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Line two baking trays and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cut and Coat: Cut the potatoes into wedges, toss with oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread and Bake: Spread the potatoes on trays and bake for 25-35 minutes until golden, flipping halfway through.
