Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the Traeger grill to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Husk the Corn: Remove both the outer leaves and silk from the corn.
  3. Brush with Oil: Brush each ear of corn with avocado oil, ensuring even coating.
  4. Season: Optionally, sprinkle Traeger Vegetable Rub or your preferred herb-based rub over the corn.
  5. Grill: Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes for even cooking and a light char.
  6. Finish: When the corn is tender and slightly charred, remove it from the grill.
