Crust
- 2 packages crescent roll dough
Spread
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz / 250 g each, softened)
- 1 package Ranch dressing mix (28 g)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Toppings
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the crescent roll dough.
- Prepare Dough Base: Spread the crescent roll dough on a cookie sheet. Pinch together the seams to form one large rectangular dough. Then pinch the edges to create a crust to hold the toppings.
- Bake Crust: Bake the dough for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown. Once baked, set the crust aside and allow it to cool completely.
- Make Dressing Spread: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and mayonnaise. Using an electric mixer on low speed, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble Pizza: Spread the cream cheese ranch mixture evenly over the cooled baked crust. Then layer the fresh vegetables—cauliflower, broccoli, sliced green onions, and halved cherry tomatoes—over the spread. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Serve: Cut the vegetable pizza into slices and serve cold. Keep any leftovers refrigerated to maintain freshness.
