Cool off with this refreshing Watermelon Slushie recipe! Made with frozen watermelon, fresh lime juice, and a hint of mint or basil, this drink is the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

Frozen Watermelon:

  • 10 cups Seedless Watermelon Cubes, frozen for at least 24 hours

Sweetener:

  • 24 tbsp Maple Syrup*

Acid:

  • Juice of 1 large Lime

Herbs (Optional):

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint or Basil leaves, loosely packed

Liquid:

  • 1 1/2 cup Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Defrost Watermelon: Let the Frozen Watermelon chunks sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Add the Watermelon, Maple Syrup, Lime Juice, Mint, and Water to a high-speed blender. Pulse until the mixture forms a thick slushie consistency.
  3. Adjust and Serve: Taste and adjust sweetness with more Maple Syrup if needed. Add extra water if the slushie is too thick. Divide into glasses and enjoy!
