  • 2 sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature

Mix-Ins:

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces (minis or full-sized)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs and beat briefly. Rest for 5 minutes, then beat for another 30 seconds. Gently fold in flour mixture.
  4. Add Mix-Ins: Fold in white chocolate, peanut butter chips, and Reese’s Pieces.
  5. Bake: Roll dough into balls, place on baking sheets, and bake for 11 minutes until golden. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
