Canned Goods

  • 1 can regular Rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 2 cans mild Rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, add the drained shoepeg corn, chopped cilantro, chopped green onions, black beans, and all Rotel tomatoes with chilies. Pour in the fresh lemon and lime juices. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly combined.
